The Velma paper mask came from the LEGO Scooby-Doo Mystery Tour at the Bridgewater Mall in NJ. Like the other masks I have posted, it is perforated around her face and eyes so you can remove it from the full page very easily.
The mask is copyright 2015 and it was made specifically for the LEGO Scooby-Doo Mystery Tour..
