When I first found this, I wasn't sure what it was. In doing some research online, I found that it is a party favor. This is a lollpop holder, which comes in both purple and orange. It features Scooby and Shaggy holding onto a log and measures just under 3" tall.
I don't have a box or any other info. I'm not even sure where I got this. The lollipop holder is copyright 2001 by Tapper and made in China. It goes with the Scooby Coffin Whistle I posted on day 191.
