This metal sign makes me really happy! I love all the Scooby sketches. Scooby is pretty happy in most of them. It makes me think of the hard work the artists do to bring Scooby to us fans.

Since I posted the guitar picks yesterday, I figured I would post the guitar strap today. I love my Scooby-Doo guitar strap. It makes my guitar so much more fun! 

If you look at the guitar close enough, you can see the reflection of the Scooby wooden cut-out on my wall.

Day 3 - Guitar Picks

I kind of play guitar, so when I saw these I had to have them! Notice they aren't open yet! There are 5 guitar picks, and on the reverse side is the SD logo. I was a little surprised that each gang member didn't get their own pick since there are 5 of them. Someday, I may open them and use them to play one of my guitars.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is Closing the Scooby-Doo Ride

Ok, so this one isn't very exciting, but it's still 2018 Scooby news. Six Flags Fiesta Texas is closing the Scooby-Doo Ghostbusters ride after 16 years of it being in service. The ride will close on January 7, 2018. The ride was unveiled in 2002.

Here is a little more not so exciting news. The live-action movie that was slated to be released on September 21, 2018 will be pushed back to May 15, 2020. It's too bad they aren't releasing the movie in 2019 for Scooby's 50th birthday! 

Daphne & Velma

Have you heard about the Daphne and Velma direct-to-video release coming out in late 2018? Daphne, played by Sarah Jeffery, and Velma, played by Sarah Gilman, are high school students who suspect their classmates are being turned into zombies. The film is executive produced by Ashley Tisdale. This will be a live action spin off of Scooby-Doo, that doesn't include Scooby and Shaggy.

My Scooby Stuff - Day 2 - Story Telling Dice

Day 2 - Story Telling Dice

 These Scooby-Doo Story Telling Dice were released in 2014 by Pressman Toy Company. There are 9 dice included, which allows for 54 images to create the perfect Scooby-Doo story. Great for kids 6 and up.

As you can see, I haven't opened them, so I haven't used them yet. They seem like they would be a lot of fun!

My Scooby Stuff - Day 1 - Stuffed Scooby

I decided I'm going to do something a little different for 2018. I'm going to post an item from my Scooby collection every day. I hope you enjoy checking out my collection.

Day 1 - Stuffed Scooby

This 16" stuffed Scooby was purchased at the Warner Bros. Studio Store. The tag shows a copyright date of 2000. The WB stores closed in 2001. This Scooby doesn't have an actual collar. It's just yellow with a black piece of felt in the middle of it.

It's 2018! A brand new year, a fresh start, a time to make new memories. 

I want to thank everyone for being a part of my Scooby-Doo world! Whether you are checking out my website, following me on Twitter or Facebook, talking about Scooby on the forum or catching up with Scooby news on the blog, I want you all to know how much I appreciate you! I love talking about Scooby with fellow Scooby addicts! Not many people understand my love for Scooby and they think it's a bit silly being that I am an adult. It's nice to be able to talk to people that get it and that don't think I'm crazy!
