Ok, so maybe not everything is wrong. The question is does the Creeper say "Paper" or "Creeper" as everyone thinks he is saying. Every time someone imitates the Creeper, they say "Creeper".

I think it is Paper" since Daphne makes the comment that she thinks he wants the paper the guard gave them.

DeleteI believe it's "paper". In one scene you can hear him say "the Paper!" and that same line is used by the Ramblin Ghost in The Ghost That Sacked The Quaterback. When Shaggy finds a newspaper in that episode the Ramblin Ghost yells out "the Paper!" in a very similar manner to the Creeper.
DeleteWhen I initially watched the episode as a kid, I thought he was saying "creeper" until he says "the paper!" Upon closer listening, I noticed he was actually saying "paper" instead of "creeper." Didn't realize I was one of the few that thought this!

DeleteUmm...I guess I've always thought he was saying paper, even before seeing the video. He does say "Creeper" in the Cyber Chase movie though!
